Coy's Country NW offers a diverse line of baking mixes that make homemade desserts a cinch!Good morning and Happy Tuesday to you all! We just received word that our friend, Shelly at TwoClassyChics.com tried our line of baking mixes and loved them!

Shelly had a lot of fun creating two delicious desserts from our Berry Cobbler Baking Mix as well as our Fabulous Fudge Cake Mix. In her review she talks about sharing the homemade treats with her family who were very satisfied and even went back for seconds. Shelly also does a great job of explaining the step-by-step instructions of how to make each baking mix.

The review also features a product giveaway! One winner will receive a free Berry Cobbler Baking Mix – the same mix that Shelly tried out. You can enter the giveaway on the Baking Mix Review page!

Thanks to Shelly and the rest of the team at Two Classy Chics! We’re so happy you enjoyed the Coy’s Country line!

Make sure take a moment to visit their blog, read the review, and enter the giveaway!

Thanks! We love your goodies! What is really nice about that cobbler mix is that you can use your favorite berries: strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, boysenberries and even mulberries! Change it up every 2 weeks and your family would never be bored with it! I wish I had the mix when our mulberries were in season last month. Next year though, I will be getting some of your cobbler mix in June when my Mulberry tree is ready for harvest! yummy!

When you bought Coy’s Country, why did you get rid of Coys Cornbread Mix. It was
the best I have ever had, and I used to buy at least 10 bags a month. Shame on you.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. I apologize that this product you so loved is no longer available. While we no longer carry a cornbread mix by Coy’s Country we do offer one through our Buckeye Beans & Herbs brand. I urge you to give this sweet, simple cornbread mix a try as I imagine you’ll be pleasantly surprised with it. You can find it on our website here: http://www.seattlegourmetfoods.com/Soup/Cornbread.html.

Thank you again for getting in touch with us and please let me know if you have any further comments or questions!
