Simple Homemade Honey Vinaigrette with Anna’s Honey

This delicious Honey Vinaigrette recipe is so simple to make and tastes great on a variety of salads. Add some fresh summer berries for the perfect garnish and you have yourself a light, refreshing side dish. Check out our line of gourmet honey for the high quality honey needed to make this tasty dressing.

Honey Vinaigrette Salad 

Makes 4 Servings

You’ll Need:
1/4 cup Anna’s Honey (choose your favorite varietal!)
1/4 cup raspberry or balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. fresh oregano, basil or thyme, chopped
8 cups mixed lettuce greens
1 cup fresh berries of your choice

Combine vinegar and honey in small bowl; mix well. To serve, drizzle 2-3 tablespoons vinegar-honey mixture, oil and oregano over lettuce greens, then toss to coat. Garnish with fresh summer berries.
